At Bumps, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. If your purchase doesn't help you perform at your peak, we will make it right with a hassle-free refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact for a valid return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
